We are announcing today that the service of our ticket system will be limited during 1. 29. 2022 to 2. 2. 2022 due to our developers being on holiday for the Korean New year. All inquiries that require in-game changes such as, but not limited to, recovering characters, purchase issues, etc. will be dealt after normal business hours on February 3rd 2022, Korean time.

Please note that if you haven’t received purchases for the 50% Extra Diamonds event due to purchase errors, you will still receive the bonus Diamonds as long as your purchases were made during the event period.
