Any in-app purchase made in Flyff Legacy is usually delivered instantly, but sometimes it may take longer. When such delays occur, it means the purchase is still being processed. There is no need to try purchasing the same pack again - it should arrive soon!
In order to 'unlock' the purchase, you may also try to restart your device and relaunch Flyff Legacy, as it should solve the problem in most cases.
For iOS users
If you still haven’t received your purchased items after more than 24 hours have passed, please contact iTunes support directly. All payments made toward the game are processed by Apple directly and we have no access to payment details, and thus can't provide any support or advice.
Here is how you can report a problem with a purchase on iOS.
For Android users
If you still haven’t received your purchased items after more than 24 hours, please contact us with a screenshot of your order receipt received by mail. The transaction ID (like GPA.XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX) at the bottom of the document must be visible on the screenshot.
Note that if you haven't received an email from Google or Apple regarding your purchase, it means the purchase wasn't processed and as such you were not charged for it.
