Today we are pleased to announce the Arena Finals result for the Flyff Legacy World Championship!

Without further ado here are the results:

* In the event of a tie, the final ranking was selected based on the data of the training time (5 weeks) and the highest CP as previously announced.

Congratulations to all of those who have made the top 10 and thanks to all of those who participated in the Flyff Legacy World Championship.

Here are the instructions for claiming your costume:

-The costume coupon number can be checked through the 'FWC Coupon' icon which will be visible after the server maintenance on 25/04/2019

-In the case of coupon items, they can be redeemed only once and on any server of your choice.

Here are the instructions to receiving your final physical prizes:

Note that the schedule of delivery of physical products may vary from product to product.

1. A special code will be sent to your in-game character via the mail-box system.(Within 1 week) Please write it down or make a screen capture of it, as it will NOT be sent to you again.

2. Go to our Helpshift website: https://galalab.helpshift.com/a/flyff-legacy/ . Please use a separate web browser on your PC or Mobile Devices as attaching photos might be difficult when using the in-game helpdesk feature.

3. Send us a ticket by clicking on the Contact Us button. Attach or manually write down the special code we have given to you along with your character name, the name of your server, and 3 previous receipts of purchase.

*Note: The receipts are only used for the purpose of making sure you are the rightful owner of the account. If you have trouble with this step please let us know in the ticket and we will be happy to help.

Caution!

Our staff will communicate with you directly via our Helpshift tickets regarding personal information about your shipment. DO NOT give your personal information under any circumstances other than our tickets. (e.g. People claiming to be GMs in-game, separate or phishing e-mails that mimic our Helpshift e-mail format, people on chatting services such as Discord, etc.)
