We never reset players' account in Flyff Legacy, either randomly or purposely.

In case you can't find your characters, please make sure you access Flyff Legacy with the method you used before:

In case you logged out or changed device and can't remember your login credentials, please try to login with all the Facebook and/or Google accounts you may have until you find your characters.

If the problem persists, please contact us and give us as much information as possible regarding your account, characters and servers; including your User ID.
