We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and concern caused by the server issues that occurred sequentially across Asia starting on August 30.

The issue was fully resolved on September 1 at 9:57 AM (KST), and you can now access the game without any problems.

Additionally, the Diamond Purchase Event has been extended by two days due to the disruption, and you will now be able to participate until September 5, 23:59 (KST).

As compensation for the downtime, rewards based on each server’s outage duration have been prepared. Please log in by September 2, 6:00 PM (KST) to claim them from your in-game mailbox.
