We have identified that certain characters have been duplicating, utilizing, and trading in-game items. 
An investigation is underway to identify the characters directly responsible for generating these items, as well as those involved in related transactions. As of today, we have permanently banned the characters confirmed in the initial investigation, in accordance with our operational policies and sanction standards.​

This incident has the potential to severely affect the in-game economy and balance. Therefore, further usage restrictions may be applied to additional accounts as our investigation progresses. We are committed to thoroughly tracing the distribution of the duplicated items and will take appropriate measures to address the situation.​
