We are announcing today that the service of our ticket system will be limited during 5. 15. 2024 due to our developers being on Holiday. All inquiries that require in-game changes such as, but not limited to, recovering characters, purchase issues, etc. will be dealt after normal business hours on May 16th 2024, Korean time.
