We are announcing today that the service of our ticket system will be limited during 1. 1. 2024 to 1. 8. 2024 due to our developers being on Holiday. All inquiries that require in-game changes such as, but not limited to, recovering characters, purchase issues, etc. will be dealt after normal business hours on January 9th 2024, Korean time.


Please note that if you haven’t received purchases for the 50% Extra Diamonds event due to purchase errors, you will still receive the bonus Diamonds as long as your purchases were made during the event period.
