While investigating issues with the Upgrade and Zodiac Sign events, we discovered that the events hadn't started yet on some of the servers (Lawolf, Burudeng, Bang and Hobo).

We thus decided to extend the event, which will now be held from 24th Oct. 00:15 PST to 6th Nov. 23:59 PST (we will double the period from the original plan)
